Rivière Denys 2005 Expedition
In July of 2005 an international team of four paddlers traveled along the majestic Rivière Denys, known in English as the Saint Denys River, through the sub-arctic wilderness of northern Québec to Hudson Bay. Supported by the Royal Canadian Geographic Society and other select sponsors, the team traced a challenging voyageur route pioneered in 1888 by A.P. Low, one of Canada’s greatest explorers.
